Albert is right now in the same state as a train that is in technical repairs. We're not actively working on it (riding train), but we are still thinking of it. The reason is major lack of people XD. We need artists (for modeling and splashes) and programmers. Luckily we have the story/creative part covered (just none of our creative guys can draw worth anything). A musician would be nice too, but that's not a priority :). As a side note, we're probably going to be making Albert in OpenGL (2, 3 or 4, not sure yet). We are looking at: -Panda3D -OpenTK And deciding what to use in the end.

Some people (those that actually searched for me rather then randomly stumble) might wonder what exactly is project "Albert". Well, Albert is one of the first major #dev to-be creations. By major I mean over 10k code lines. Some refer to Albert as a game, however that is only mildly correct. Actually we're going towards a generic library for the XNA.NET (4.0) framework that can be used to make games.
